EFM’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. What does this mean for you and your new purchase? In short, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of your chosen product(s), and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

As a valued customer of EFM, you are also entitled to have your chosen goods repaired or replaced in the rare event our goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure (defective goods).

EFM will happily repair or replace defective goods for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is against defects in the goods purchased, but does not cover damage caused by the incorrect use or installation of the goods, or by modifications, or by accident.
